What is the return policy?

    We accept returns within 15 days after you receive your order. Contact us for any returns.

    What are the shipping options?

      We have easy shipping options.  We ship via USPS first class mail for order under 13 oz and priority mail for packages 1 lb and over. Read our shipping policy here.

      What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

        As of this time, we no longer ship international. We ship all over the US. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping fees.

        When will I receive my order?

          You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 days from the day your order ships.

          What do I do if I never received my order?

            All packages are shipped with tracking numbers. Contact us via hello@gwapa.com.co and we will help you track your order.

            What do I do if I received a defective order?

              We stand by our products and meticulously package each item carefully prior to shipment. However, we understand that things can happen during shipment. If you have problem with defects, contact us at hello@gwapa.com.co and we will process the return of your item and a refund.

              How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

                When the order has been shipped, we won't be able to do any changes to your order anymore. Contact us via hello@gwapa.com.co if you have any concerns.

                      For clothing, we have a size chart that would help you make an informed decision. We carry regular sizes and plus sizes.
